1990s Liberty vintage upholstery fabric by the generous yard featuring a whimsical juvenile print called Dress Up. For cushions, pillows, headboards, chairs. Toys and dress up clothes are printed within blocks on a heavy faux printed denim ground in a light pinkish peachy color. Blocks have faux stitching in between. Childlike drawings include queens, shoes, gloves, hippie pants, fairies, kings, make up box, flowers, stars, wands, headbands, cat, Egyptian goddess, Native American and lots more! Some metallic gold and silver glittering added to the printing. Colors matched as close as possible.
AS IS note regarding selvage. As shown in the last photo - the left side selvage edge has yellowing areas - what looks like water stains -- however -- these do not bleed into the body of the fabric - and there are no odors. The body of the fabric does not look discolored and does not show any dust or shelf wear. But the selvage does show dirt.
You will receive a generous yard measuring 41” long x 51” wide which is one full repeat 8 rows in one repeat. The individual blocks measure 4 1/4” x 5” — one row has 11 boxes. I would recommend dry cleaning. The body of the fabric does not look discolored and does not show any dust or shelf wear, but the white selvage will in some areas. This has a screen-printed surface that makes it look like a twill denim -- it is a light peach or pinky peach depending on the lighting.
